What do we mean by hand-made?
That expression suggests that the human hand is responsible for making the product, and that is exactly what happens here. Everything we offer has been designed and created by Noe, whether it is earrings, name/word pieces, cardholders or whatever. For instance, from drawing a design to producing an earring, here’s how it goes:
Noe has an idea and puts it down on paper.
Then he cuts out his pattern in various types of wood.
Next he does the shaping and sanding.
Some pieces are then stained and finished; some are oiled with natural oils.
Lastly, the stones & other jewelry findings are chosen and added to make a unique pair.
Because the work is done by hand on each individual piece, there most likely will be variations even per pair...just not quite an exact match. That’s hand-made!
General design can be duplicated, but each pair will be unique:
because the availability of stones and wood comes & goes
and because of the nature and markings of wood.
In this day of mass-produced look-alikes, we proudly offer small pieces of art
